How It Works

  1. Choose Your Picnic Time
    Use our online booking system to select your drop-off time via Acuity ➡

  2. Select Your Group Size
    Picnics start at £35 per person, with a minimum of 6 people.
    You can add extra guests when you book.

  3. Submit Dietary Info
    After booking, you'll be prompted to complete a short form with any allergies or dietary requirements.

  4. Delivery to Sauna Wales Only
    All picnics are currently delivered exclusively to:

    If you are wanting a different drop off location, please message to see if your location is available.

  5. Enjoy Your Picnic
    We’ll drop your hamper off at your chosen time—no setup needed.

  6. Return the Hamper
    After your picnic, return all items (blanket, basket, glassware, enamel plates, bottles, etc.) to Sauna Wales.

  7. Get Your Deposit Back
    Once everything is returned and checked, we’ll refund your £50 deposit.

FAQ’s

  • Use the Acuity booking system above to choose a date for drop off.

  • Yes, we’re happy to accommodate dietary preferences such as vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. You’ll be asked to share this information via a form after booking.

    Please note: While we take great care in preparation, our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment.
    We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination of allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, or soy. If you or a guest has a severe allergy, please contact us before booking to discuss.

  • Of course! From themes to menus, we’ll work with you to create a bespoke experience that’s curated to your vision.

  • All packages include:

    • A full meal (Creative or Classic menu) based on your allergies

    • Sweet treats and snacks

    • Locally made drinks

    • Reusable crockery (enamel plates, glasses, cutlery)

    • Printed menu

    • Napkins, a picnic blanket, and more.

    • Drop off

    • Full clean up

    Everything you need for a beautiful, relaxed meal outdoors.

  • Ful payment is taken with a deposit to make the booking,
    Once the hamper has been picked up and checked, your deposit will be sent to you as long as all has been returned.

  • All picnics are drop-off only, so we recommend checking the weather in advance and booking accordingly. We’re currently unable to offer rescheduling or refunds due to weather conditions — but you’re always welcome to enjoy your hamper indoors.

  • We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of sourcing and prepping fresh ingredients, cancellations made less than 7 days before your booking are non-refundable.
    If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, we’ll refund everything except the £50 deposit.

  • We don’t currently offer rescheduling for weather or other last-minute changes. However, if something unexpected comes up more than a week ahead of time, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Yes — as long as you let us know at least 72 hours in advance, we can accommodate extra guests (minimum 6 total still applies).
    Use the contact form or reply to your confirmation email to update your group size.

  • All crockery is reusable enamelware, not single-use.

  • Drinks come in glass bottles—no plastic here.

  • Food is packed mindfully to reduce waste and packaging.
