Retreats
Working in harmony with your retreat
The food on a retreat is more that substance. It’s life force, its nourishment, its a woven experience.
Earthly Feasts uses locally foraged ingredients to evoke curiosity, comfort, and a sense of belonging, grounding individuals in both the natural world and their inner landscapes. The goal is to cultivate a shared experience of rootedness and presence through the art of food.

When we work together, it’s important for me to elevate the food to what is needed. For example, the menu for a Breathwork treat in April will be different to a Reiki retreat in April.
All menus are bespoke to the retreat because I will take into account what the intention for the guests will, you vision, the landscape and the dietary requirements.
All aspects of the food and allergens are taking care of so you can focus on your genius zone and be fully immersed in the the experience
