Combine yoga, time in nature, creativity and sound healing as we guide you through a slow retreat to help you rejuvenate and restore your body and mind after the festive season.
The creative exercise will include time spent outdoors in preparation for creating a still-life based on our observations and collected items from nature.
The day will also include a guided meditation and relaxation to sound.
This retreat will celebrate the quiet potential of January with time spent indoors and out as well as an opportunity to nourish yourself well with a seasonally prepared home-cooked lunch.
You can make this into an overnight retreat by combining both events, this can be done at the booking stage.
